- Use of the Website
You may only use TradingBots for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. You may not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful.
- Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.
- License to use website
You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions.
You must not: republish material from this website (including republication on another website); sell, rent or sub-license material from the website; show any material from the website in public; reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on our website for a commercial purpose; edit or otherwise modify any material on the website; or redistribute material from this website except for content specifically and expressly made available for redistribution.
- Copy Trading
As a user of TradingBots, you have the ability to copy the trades of other successful traders. By copying a trade, you agree that you are aware of the risks associated with trading and that you are responsible for your own investment decisions. You also agree that TradingBots is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of copying trades.
- User Content
In these terms and conditions, “your user content” means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to our website, for whatever purpose.
You grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your user content in any existing or future media. You also grant to us the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.
Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party’s legal rights, and must not be capable of amounting to a criminal offence or give rise to a civil liability or otherwise be contrary to the law of any country or territory where it is or may be published or received.
You must not submit any user content to the website that is or has ever been the subject of any threatened or actual legal proceedings or other similar complaint.
We reserve the right to edit or remove any material submitted to our website, or stored on our servers, or hosted or published upon our website.
- Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us, and our directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, actions or suits, or other liabilities arising out of or in any way connected with your
use of TradingBots, including any damages or losses incurred as a result of copying trades.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
TradingBots and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our website or the information, content, materials, or products included on our website. You expressly agree that your use of TradingBots is at your own risk.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TradingBots, its directors, officers, employees, or agents, be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of TradingBots or any linked website, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if TradingBots has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of TradingBots following the posting of changes to this Agreement will mean you accept those changes.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Country or territory where your company is registered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Please read this Agreement carefully before using TradingBots. By using our website and services, you signify your acceptance of this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not use TradingBots.
